Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: I currently only ship to the USA. Sorry yall!
Q: When will you ship my item?
A: I try to get to the post office at least once a week. It generally takes me about 5-7 business days to get through every package from that week. I do also have a weekly facebook show that I have many packages going out from.
Q: I ordered a custom. How long does it take?
A: I try to get my customs out as soon as possible, but with how busy I am it can take a little while. I like to give myself a turnaround of 3 weeks for customs depending on how complicated they are. Much sooner for something like a custom bracelet vs. a custom cut cabochon and wrapped piece.
Q: I don't want my item anymore/have changed my mind, can I return it?
A: I don't ofter returns/refunds if you change your mind on something, sorry.
Q: My package was lost in the mail. What can be done?
A: After the package is dropped off at the post office, you will have to contact them unfortunately. I will always do my best to get your item to you, and in 4 years I have fortunately never actually had a package go missing.
Q: My package says delivered but it isn't here!
A: Once your package is marked as delivered, I'm afraid I can't do anything after that. If you are concerned about packages going missing I recommend requesting insurance on your shipping.
Q: Do you do payment plans?
A: Finally, yes! I am currently accepting Afterpay for payment plans. If you need a custom listing for something special that isnt listed in the made to order section, please contact me and we can sort that out.
Q: How do I care for my cilice?
A: All cilices are made from 316L medical grade stainless steel. To care for them, just wipe them down after use with alcohol or another stronger (and body safe) cleaning agent. Be gentle with your ribbons when tying. Store your cilice flat and do not fold it over or put the links on top of one another. It is up to you whether you want to store it prongs facing up or down, but I recommend facing up so it does not prick whatever surface it is lying upon. Alternatively, you can hang them up by the end link.
