316L medical grade stainless steel waist cilices are available in 1, 2, or 3 rows with a variety of closures. This listing is for custom made to order cilice, so in your order notes please include your waist measurement. To measure your waist, use a flexible measuring tape such as one for fabric and measure around the waist at the smallest part *without* squeezing it. Then, subtract 2-4 inches to allow for the closure/ability to tighten the cilice, depending on how tight you'd like to pull it.
The links are made from 16g wire and are nice and sturdy. I have quite a few options for you to customize your cilice, including sharpness! There are also quite a few different closures including different colors of ribbon and I will add more colors as I get them. Currently all ribbon is 1 inch except for the black which is available in 1/4 in or standard 1 in. All ribbon and paracord closures are heated on the ends to seal them. Sisal rope is scratchy for that extra suffering, but does tend to shed.
Three row waist cilices have the middle pattern as shown. Please let me know in the order notes if you would like me to add a charm as seen in the first photo. Please allow 1-2 weeks turnaround time for all made to order items.
