Here we have a 2 row thigh cilice made with the new pride flag grosgrain ribbon. This one is the trans flag. Grosgrain is great because it grips a lot easier for the cilice tying. This ribbon is also double faced. The cilice itself is 19 inches long. Your measurement where you want tie cilice to sit should be at least 3 inches larger so you have room to tie and cinch it down.
The prongs on this particular cilice are fairly short. Each cilice is made with 16g 316L medical grade stainless steel. It is not safe for real nickel allergies, as even medical grade stainless has 10-14% nickel content.
